David H. Reynolds 82, of Dover, passed away unexpectedly in February. Born in Pittsburgh, David was a proud graduate of St. Joseph High School in Dover, OH. He was the Owner and Operator of the former D. Reynolds Machine Company in Dover, where his expertise and passion for craftsmanship was evident. His love for firearms led him to be a member of The Ohio Gun Collectors Association for an impressive 50 years, and he was a longtime member of the Tusco Rifle Club. He took great pride in his work as a gunsmith, honing his craft by checkering wooden gun stocks with precision and care. David’s enthusiasm for hunting and fishing was evident in countless adventures spent in nature. He found joy in hunting both deer and ducks and cherished fishing trips on Lake Erie with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
